Returns: Item must be returned within 21 days in their original condition and with all tags attached. Worn or altered garments may not be returned. We will return full refunds of the ending bid. Refunds do not cover postage costs. Before purchasing, please oriented to what is the cost of shipments from your country to Poland. 

Exchanges: any exchange must be made within a 21 day period. Any returns must have your user ID your full address and confirmation of the exchange you would like, so please contact us before sending back any items. 

All exchanges can only be carried out if the garment is returned in the same brand new condition that it was send out, including tagged and well packed. Shipping cost are not refundable and 5 EUR fee has been deducted to cover postage of the new item chosen.

Please use recorded delivery for return or exchange, otherwise there is no guarantee of its arrival and we will not take responsibility for items which do not reach us.
